Hon. Fynn Emmanuel Reagan is a proud son of Ghana, born on April 23, 1984. With deep roots in education and public service, he currently serves as the Ashanti Regional Director of the National Service Scheme, where he continues to impact the lives of thousands of young Ghanaians each year.
His journey began at St. Paul’s R/C JHS, where the seeds of discipline and purpose were first planted. He moved on to University of Ghana Secondary School, where his leadership qualities began to shine through. Driven by a passion for learning and teaching, Fynn went on to study at the University of Education, Winneba, a decision that marked the beginning of his lifelong commitment to education. He later pursued postgraduate studies at KNUST, sharpening his leadership and administrative skills.
Fynn’s career path is a testament to steady growth and dedicated service. He started as a Pupil’s Teacher, working closely with children and families to nurture potential at the grassroots. He then became a Professional Classroom Teacher, and eventually took on the role of Headmaster, where he led with compassion and vision.
His experience extends beyond the classroom. He has held key positions at NADMO and the Asokwa Health Insurance Scheme, roles that deepened his understanding of public administration and community welfare.
Fluent in Asante Twi, Fanti, and English, Hon. Fynn connects easily with people from all walks of life. His ability to listen, communicate, and lead with humility has earned him respect across the region.
Today, as Ashanti Regional NSS Director, he continues to serve with purpose mentoring the next generation, strengthening communities, and helping to build a more resilient and hopeful future for Ghana.
